Talent agency managing 270+ YouTube creators across AU, EU, and LATAM. 15 staff, 12K+ deals in HubSpot. Built a full Claude workspace: email drafter with individual voice profiles for each team member, agreement checker across their entire contract library, a roster and rate engine pulling live from Google Sheets and HubSpot, tiered knowledge base separating admin from team-level access, and meeting intelligence from onboarding call transcripts. 32-section technical report delivered. All 15 staff trained in weekly workshops.
Manual data entry was consuming hours that should have gone to client work. Deployed a private, on-device AI for document processing and intake automation. Runs entirely on the firm's own hardware. Data never leaves the building.
Complex quotes were taking hours and weekends were disappearing into paperwork. Built an offline quoting app on tablets with AI-assisted quote generation. Works without mobile reception. Zero errors. Family got their weekends back.
High-volume tenant onboarding meant the same manual paperwork cycle for every application. Automated application processing, lease generation, and routine tenant communications. Integrated with their existing property management system. 100% compliance rate.
Needed appointment automation but patient privacy was non-negotiable and cloud systems were off the table. Built an appointment and follow-up system running entirely on the clinic's local server. Reminders, scheduling, patient communication. Zero patient data leaves their infrastructure.
Needed market intelligence on renewable energy costs per region. Manually pulling from ABS, energy market APIs, and World Bank was taking days. Built a market research agent using OpenClaw, plugged into ABS, RapidAPI energy endpoints, and World Bank data. Regional cost analysis now runs automatically.
Unpredictable equipment failures were causing costly production halts. Deployed AI-driven sensors for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance. The system flags issues a week before they become failures. 30% reduced downtime.
Spirit and liqueur essence manufacturer. Longest-running client. Set up security backups and email detection systems. Trained the team in Claude Code for managing their website. Built Claude workflows for due diligence on suppliers and clients, and for responding to customer enquiries with a consistent voice and fast turnaround.
