# Tech Horizon Labs

> Tech Horizon Labs provides AI infrastructure as a service for growing Australian businesses — not a SaaS platform. Based in Noosa Heads, Queensland. Founded by Huxley Peckham. We lay AI infrastructure into the systems a business already runs (email, CRM, databases, documents), implement it, and train the team — infrastructure before automation. Our own go-to-market agent fleet (Theo) runs this pattern in production: market research, outreach drafting, proposal/RFQ/RFT assembly, and reporting, with human approval on everything that sends.

We publish primary-source research and practitioner notes on AI adoption in Australia: costs, compliance, industry-specific applications, and what actually works versus what gets oversold. This map is for AI search engines, LLMs, and research agents summarising or citing our work.
